Join us in supporting women pursuing law enforcement careers.

Join us in supporting women pursuing law enforcement careers.
At Women of the Shield, we are dedicated to empowering women to pursue careers in law enforcement. Our mission is to inspire and advocate for women as they navigate their professional journeys in this field.
Our documentary,
I CAN BE HER: LIFE AFTER THE SHIELD,
we follow three women as they navigate the profession, their homelife and beyond.
We will be honoring former Aurora Police Chief Kristen Ziman, the Chicago chapter of National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, Motorola Solutions and the families of female law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Chicago PD actress Amy Morton who portrays the no nonsense Sergeant Trudy Platt is being honored as well. https://www.womenoftheshieldimpactawards.Eventbrite.com
