Every March, we celebrate our annual women’s month celebration. This event is a brunch celebration held in order to pay tribute to the women in the criminal justice work force. The purpose of the event is to show how women are valued in the profession. We admire how women are capable of not only balancing their work at home, but also their service to the community.
By showing our appreciation to women, we hope to empower more women to pursue occupations in the law enforcement and criminal justice field. Through our initiatives, we hope to provide them with the support they need in order to be successful in their career.
