Women of the Shield Academy is a law enforcement cohort sponsored by Motorola Solutions Foundation. Women of the Shield will partner with academic institutions to identify women who are currently enrolled in a criminal justice program or interested in a career in law enforcement, with a particular focus on women in underrepresented communities. This program will be conducted in the fall and spring academic semesters. Participating students will meet twice a month for a two-hour time period.
